By using www.pixicorestudio.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The website
This site exists to present PixiCore Studio and host download materials when public builds are available. Information on the site is provided in good faith but without warranty of any kind.
3. The application
PixiCore Studio is currently in active development. No public release is available at the time of this writing. When public builds are published, separate end-user terms will accompany the installer and govern your use of the software.
4. Intellectual property
"PixiCore" and "PixiCore Studio" together with the site content, design and logos are property of their respective owners. Third-party trademarks (operating system names, etc.) belong to their respective holders.
5. No warranty
This site and any downloadable artifacts are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
In no event shall PixiCore or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this site or the application.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date.
